2. What We Recycle

Our team sorts every clearance into multiple waste streams, including:

• Furniture: Donated to charities or recycled for materials
• Electronics: WEEE compliant recycling
• Textiles: Donated or recycled
• Metals: Sent to metal recycling facilities
• Plastics: Sorted and recycled appropriately
• Paper & Cardboard: Sent to paper recycling
• Garden Waste: Composted where possible

3. Donation Partners

Usable items in good condition are donated to local charities and community groups across Yorkshire, including:

• British Heart Foundation
• Local hospices and charity shops
• Community furniture projects
• Homelessness charities

4. Environment Agency Registration

White Rose House Clearance is an Environment Agency registered upper-tier waste carrier. Our registration number is CBDU382349. This means we are legally compliant and regularly audited on our waste handling practices.

5. Landfill Only as Last Resort

We only send waste to landfill when absolutely no other recycling or reuse options exist. This represents less than 10% of everything we clear.
